I want to ride my bicycle, I want to ride my bike

It was a hot, humid, miserable weekend. So we went for a bike ride to the beach. I was skeptical but it ended up being quite nice. We drove to Costa Mesa and hopped on the Santa Ana River bike trail from there. The ocean breezes made the heat tolerable and we were rewarded for our efforts with a refreshing wade into the cold Pacific. It worked out to be about a 12 mile round trip. Maybe Dan and Emily would like to join us next time?
