I'm back in the game!

I bought a new Xbox 360 Elite on Monday and I have been playing Guitar Hero ever since. It's actually taking time away from my REAL guitar practice which is not good. I desperately need more hours in the day so I can eat, sleep, work, play Guitar Hero, play real guitar, and maybe even say "Hi" to Niki. It seems I'm lucky if I get to accomplish four of those in any given day. My cable box is on the fritz so at least I don't have that distraction.
Anyway, I'm working on the career mode on easy right now. I got to The Trooper last night. Easy mode may be a little too easy cuz I have only failed a song once but I just want to unlock all the songs. I'll try a harder difficulty after that.
Three song packs are available for download now on Xbox live. All three (each containing 3 songs) that are currently available are songs that were in the original GH. One contains Infected (plus Stellar and Higher Ground) so I may have to get that one. The only problem is each pack costs 500 Microsoft Points (=$6.25) which is a bit expensive if you ask me. I wish they were sold individually cuz I really have to like more than one of them to pay that much.
