My new hero...
is Stephen Colbert. I have always liked his show (The Colbert Report on Comedy Central) but his roast of Bush at the annual White House Correspondents Dinner was brilliant. Even if you don't agree with what he said, you have to admit it took big balls of steel to say it to that crowd and several feet from Bush. The man is fearless. The tension in the room is palpable after the first few jokes. If you didn't see it, check out the video clips here.

Stphen Colbert is great. These are the kind of people they should always invite to these kind of lame ass functions. They should have John Stewart open the next State of the Union address. Maybe people would actually be somewhat interested.

No no no! If we mix comedy with politics, before you know it we might have politicians with personalities. Then all hell would break loose for sure.
