Shennanigans!

I ordered my guitar late Thursday night. When I called Friday, I was told it was being packed at that very moment and would be shipped Saturday. They also said I would be emailed a tracking number. When I hadn't received a tracking number by Tuesday, I got a little worried. I tried sending an email during the day and called at night. They didn't answer the phone during business hours (they always answered quickly before) and I know they have caller ID because they knew my name without me telling them before. I was starting to get the feeling I was getting the runaround! Well, I finally got an email late yesterday with the tracking number. They didn't ship it until yesterday! I had been very happy with their service until this. I have heard so many horror stories about online retailers I was starting to think they never even had the guitar in stock in the first place. At least it's finally on it's way with an expected delivery date of next Wednesday.
My guitar case and tuner will arrive today. It was ordered days later but was shipped promptly (score one for Guitar Center) and didn't have to travel as far. Imagine how sad I will look playing with my new case and tuner and no guitar.
