Get Smart Review
I was a big fan of the Get Smart TV show when I was a kid so I was really expecting the movie to be a disappointment. Fortunately, I was completely wrong. The entire movie was very funny. All the stars played their parts very well, especially Steve Carell. He payed homage to Don Adams without trying to imitate him too much. Anne Hathaway was perfect to play Agent 99. Get Smart earns the Official Aaron Seal of Approval™.

There are very few movies that make me laugh out loud, but this is one of them. Most of the time I sit back and just think, "hmmmm...this was humorous", but this was just funny. I didn't go into this expecting too much either, which probably enhanced the experience. I didn't watch too much of the original series, just enough to know that Maxwell Smart was a little on the dumb side. Steve Carell is so funny, and I've loved Anne Hathaway since "The Princess Diaries". I also think Dwayne Johnson has been underated as an actor because he started as a wrestler. Everything I have seen him in has been pretty good. I mean, come on, you have to be a pretty good actor to pull off wrestling!!!! Anyways, this was a great movie.
ON another note....dammit Dan, why don't you comment more!!! LOL You "brag" about how you have nothing to do at work and all...Luv ya! I just don't comment cuz I have nothing to say. So, you can't use that excuse...I already did! :P

Well I used to have nothing to do. Now I have to find a job. We are probably going to go see this movie on Friday. I have never seen the original series but it looks really good. On a side note, I have been in the mood for PT's ever since we left.

PT's is like crack. You only have to try it once and you're hooked. It just makes it a lot easier if you live here.

PT's is a chain of local bar/restaurants. They have good food, Guinness on tap, and pool tables. I used to go there several times a week for lunch before I got transfered.
