Beowulf and Grendel

Niki is visiting her parents so I finally had a chance to watch Beowulf and Grendel (see my original post about it here). I thought it was very good and encourage everyone to add it to their Netflix list. It's worth a watch just for the scenery but the story and acting are excellent. At 1:43, it's a bit shorter than I expected for a movie based on a 3,182 line epic poem. The dialogue is a little hard to understand at times due to some thick accents so I'm actually glad I didn't see it in a theater. The rewind button was put to good use. Just watch it.
