Why I like working for da Man

There is one really nice thing about working for a government office. The holidays! I went from six holidays a year at Apria to eleven at Clark County. I had Friday off for Nevada Day (wtf?) and Friday, Nov. 10th off for Veterans Day. For the first time in many years, I don't have to work the day after Thanksgiving. I can't wait for Arbor Day! j/k The only down side is that I still only get paid for six holidays. I have to use personal days to cover the others if I want to get paid. Oh well.
