Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film For Theaters
Niki and I saw ATHFCMFFT this weekend. Niki put it right up there with Bubba Ho-Tep which is a compliment in my opinion. Unfortunately, to her, that comparison has very bad connotations. As with Bubba Ho-Tep I thought ATHFCMFFT was hilarious. I knew it would rule right from the beginning when, in an homage to old school concession stand ad, theater snacks performing death metal (performed by Mastodon) explain exactly what they will do to you if you talk during the film. Any hardcore Aqua Teen fan will absolutely get his/her money's worth. For others... maybe not so much.

Since Niki and I share the same opinion on one of the worse movie's ever created - Bubba Ho-Tep, I will be avoiding this movie for years to come.

oh my god it was horrible...so bad. i like the tv show. it's only 15 min. long, so they have to get a laugh before that time is up. they had more than an hour and i laughed like once. you pretty much walk out of the theatre just saying "huh?!?!" or "wtf?!?!!?" i was pretty much thinking the latter....

I think I'll watch Bubba Ho-Tep this weekend. The irony here is that Bruce Campbell is in both.
