Another victim of police brutallity

A police officer in Toronto shot a rampaging cow that had escaped from an overturned trailer. They spent 4 hours trying to corral the beast before it finally started to charge the officer. The official explanation is that they shot it for "safety reasons" but I think there were more sinister motives involved. My suspicion is that, after 4 hours of hard work, they got hungry!
