New TV

After months of eye strain from watching our lilliputian 26" TV, we have finally rejoined the big leagues. We now enjoy 46" of pure LCD ecstasy. The picture quality is mind blowing and just makes me wish I had more Blu-rays to watch. Here is a link to the Best Buy product page if you are interested. The link is for specs only. We didn't get it from the Home Boy Shopping Network but we didn't pay retail either. And I mean not even in the same ballpark as retail.
Some of you may cry shenanigans because I have advised against buying Sony LCDs in the past but that was due to cost/benefit analysis. Samsung provides the same quality at a lower price under normal circumstances and I had intended to buy a Sammy for myself. When you can get a Sony much cheaper than a Sammy, that's another story entirely.
